Mission Road is a growth architecture studio reimagining how people, companies, and ideas scale.
Our Mission
We build companies that grow with purpose, perform with precision, and scale in ways that endure.
Our approach aligns strategy, systems, people, products, and imagination to help businesses grow not just bigger, but better. When growth is shaped by intention and structure, it becomes scalable, sustainable, and deeply effective.
We work with, invest in, and own companies committed to bettering the human experience — from mental health and human performance to partnerships and community infrastructure. Through strategic architecture and Systems Thinking, we turn bold ideas into durable business structures that create measurable value — for people, organizations, and the markets they move.
Better systems build better people. We build both.

Yedidiah Teitelbaum is a systems-minded builder with a bias toward clarity, momentum, and meaningful outcomes. Over the past 15+ years, he’s worked across sales, operations, product, and strategy — helping companies scale intelligently, grow revenue quickly, and align teams around what actually works.
He’s built and led a $20M+ sales organization in under two years, implemented go-to-market systems during periods of rapid growth, and advised leadership teams through complex transitions. He also founded a women’s telehealth startup delivering better maternal and postpartum care to communities nationwide — grounded in the midwifery model of care.
Yedidiah began his career at pioneering companies like DoubleClick and Google, where he developed deep sales expertise and a respect for operational excellence, velocity, and cultural alignment.
